Cancellation Policy

Booking policy: To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all clients the following booking policy applies to all sessions with Shanae Elizabeth photography. - Secure your booking A non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of confirming your session your date and time will not be held until this booking deposit has been received. - Rescheduling and Cancellations We understand that plans can change if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. * if notice is given within this 24 hour timeframe, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). * if less than 24 hours notice is provided or you failed to attend your session your deposit will not be refundable or transferable to another date or time. * if you wish to cancel your session this must be done within seven days of your booking for your deposit to be refundable, cancelling within the seven days of your booking will result in a forfeit of your deposit. - Late arrivals and No-shows Please arrive on time for your session to ensure the full experience. Late arrivals may result in a short session. Failure to attend your session without notice will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and your deposit will be non-refundable or transferable. -Final Notes By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined above. This policy is to ensure fairness and protects reserved session times and allows us to provide the highest level of service to all clients.
